Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Specialist at Hire Dost. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing or lead qualification, preferably in SaaS environment.
Familiarity with HR tech or recruitment process is a plus.
Strong communication skills.
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise.
Experience in sales or customer service roles.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
